These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kelsey Bookkeeping Co.’s (“Company,” “we,” “our”) services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Services Provided

Kelsey Bookkeeping Co. provides remote bookkeeping services for small businesses using QuickBooks Online Accountant. We do not support QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Payroll.

 

2. Access & Security

  • You may grant us access to your QuickBooks Online account solely for bookkeeping purposes.
  • We may request view-only access to your bank or credit card transactions for reconciliation purposes.
  • We will never request or store your login credentials for any financial institution.

 

3. Disclaimer: No Tax or Financial Advisory Services

  • We are not tax professionals and do not provide tax preparation, tax advice, or financial advisory services.
  • Any guidance provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • You are encouraged to consult with a qualified tax professional or accountant regarding your tax and financial matters.

 

4. Recommendations & Advice

  • Any recommendations given by Kelsey Bookkeeping Co., Kelsey, or any third-party referrals are suggestions only and should be evaluated at your own discretion.
  • You are fully responsible for any decisions you make regarding your business finances.
  • We do not guarantee the success of any advice or third-party services you choose to use.

 

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments for services must be made as agreed in our engagement terms.
  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Kelsey Bookkeeping Co. is not liable for any financial losses, penalties, or errors resulting from the use of our services.
  • By using our services, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims related to bookkeeping, financial reporting, or third-party recommendations.

 

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid in full.

 

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
